Trusted to manage a financial service store, Phan The Cuong (born in 1994, residing in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh ) created 51 fake customer codes to borrow money, appropriating 1.8 billion VND from Mr. PHN.

The Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province has just issued a decision to prosecute and order the temporary detention of Phan The Cuong, born in 1994, residing in Lam Trung Thuy Commune, Duc Tho District, Ha Tinh Province, for the crime of "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".
Previously, the Office of the Provincial Police Department of Investigation received a complaint from Mr. PHN (residing in Le Loi Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province) about Phan The Cuong appropriating his property. Through investigation, the police agency determined that since March 2021, Phan The Cuong was hired by Mr. PHN to manage the operations of the 369 financial services store, located at 193 Le Loi Street, Pho Chau Town, Huong Son District, Ha Tinh Province.
The Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province announced the decision to prosecute and order the temporary detention of Phan The Cuong.
By early 2022, Phan The Cuong had the intention of appropriating Mr. PHN's money. To carry out the act of appropriating property, Phan The Cuong took the codes of previous customers who borrowed money from the store and paid off (currently not in need of a loan) to create fake records, creating 51 virtual customer codes to borrow money with the aim of defrauding Mr. N. As a result of the initial investigation, the police agency determined that with the above trick, Phan The Cuong committed the act of "Abusing trust to appropriate property" of Mr. PHN with a total amount of more than 1.8 billion VND.
At the police station, Phan The Cuong admitted his actions and said that he used the embezzled money to gamble online and pay off all his debts.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province is completing the dossier and handling the subject according to the provisions of law.
