On June 7, a representative of the People's Committee of Hung Thuy commune (Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province) said that a male student had just been beaten by a group of people and had to be hospitalized. The victim was TVV (born in 2008, a 9th grade student at Hung Thuy Secondary School).
On June 3, at a farewell party, V. had a disagreement with some classmates and was then beaten up by a group of people, resulting in injuries that required hospitalization. Due to a state of panic and some injuries, V. missed the 10th grade entrance exam that took place on June 7.

After learning of the incident, the local authorities worked with representatives of Hung Thuy Secondary School, parents, students, departments, branches and organizations, and assigned Hung Thuy Commune Police to prepare a file to handle the case.
Because the group of students who beat V. to the hospital are taking the 10th grade entrance exam, after this exam, the authorities will invite them to work to take measures according to regulations.
Le Thuy district police said they also knew the above information and reported the incident to Quang Binh province police.
