On the morning of November 8, comrade Tran Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc attended and celebrated the National Great Unity Day with the people and cadres of Yen My village, Luan Khe commune (Thuong Xuan).

In the warm and united atmosphere of the festival, delegates and people reviewed the 94-year tradition of building and growing of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024); evaluated the results of implementing patriotic emulation movements and campaigns of Yen My village in 2024.

Comrade Tran Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Block, presented the cadres and people of Yen My village with a photo of President Ho Chi Minh shaking hands with Uncle Ton Duc Thang.

Yen My village currently has 174 households with 786 people. The residents are mainly Thai (98%) and Kinh. In 2024, in addition to state funding, the village mobilized people to contribute to concreting 200m of intra-field canals and 750m of intra-village roads.

Along with that, the cultural and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved. The work of education , health care for the people, implementation of social security policies, environmental protection... has achieved many positive results. Every year, over 70% of households are awarded the title of "Cultural Family", and the residential area is recognized as "Safe residential area in terms of security and order".

Speaking at the festival, comrade Tran Van Hai expressed his joy at attending the National Great Unity Day with the cadres and people of Yen My village; at the same time, he congratulated the outstanding results that the village had achieved in 2024.

He affirmed that the National Great Unity Day in residential areas is a meaningful and practical activity, creating a joyful and united atmosphere in residential areas; an opportunity for people in residential areas to summarize emulation movements and participate together in cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises Tran Van Hai presented a symbol of support for building a Great Unity house to a household in Yen My village.

He hoped that in the coming time, the Party committees and authorities of Thuong Xuan district in general and Luan Khe commune in particular, especially the Yen My village Party cell, would do a good job of propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, the province's policies and laws, and the Thuong Xuan district's policies and laws to cadres, party members and all people, in order to create consensus among all classes of people. Continue to promote the people's mastery, actively participate in building a clean and strong Party and government, and strive to soon become a new rural village.

At the same time, the village focuses on organizing patriotic emulation movements well. Encouraging people to constantly compete in labor production, economic development, improving material and spiritual life; reducing the rate of poor households. Continuing to maintain and strengthen the strength of the great solidarity bloc; implementing well the grassroots democracy regulations, promoting the supervisory role of the Front, organizations and people, determined to well implement the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, successfully completing the goals and tasks of 2024...

On this occasion, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises Tran Van Hai presented the cadres and people of Yen My village with a photo of President Ho Chi Minh shaking hands with Uncle Ton Duc Thang - a beautiful and sacred symbol of the great solidarity of the Vietnamese people; presented 80 million VND to support the construction of a Great Solidarity house for a particularly difficult household; presented 11 gifts to poor households in the village. Thanh Hoa Petroleum Company presented gifts to households in the village worth 10 million VND; Thuong Xuan district leaders also presented many valuable gifts to the people of Yen My village.
