Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command: Guiding the Commune Military Command to develop various types of combat readiness documents

On August 28, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command held a conference to guide the Commune Military Command in drafting documents on the militia and self-defense force in 2025. Colonel Bui Duc Lam, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command attended and gave a speech.

The conference was attended by comrades who are Commanders of 54 communes, wards and Special Zones in the province; comrades who are commanders and combat assistants of 5 Regional Defense Commands. Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Provincial Military Command requested: The Commanders of the Commune-level Military Commands continue to advise local Party committees and authorities on building a strong, widespread militia and self-defense force with high political quality and combat readiness. Organize permanent militia squads, especially in key communes in terms of national defense, security, borders and islands. Complete the Commune-level Military Commands with sufficient numbers and correct structure, ensuring the capacity to lead and command local defense and military tasks. Improve the quality of training and combat readiness: Ensure training according to plan, regardless of content, on time, and with absolute safety, especially training of permanent militia, mobile militia, and sea militia. Strengthen the practice of combat readiness plans, civil defense, natural disaster prevention - search and rescue, in conjunction with the actual situation in the locality.
