The Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that the Ministry of Industry and Trade will deploy two key platforms to promote digital transformation in state management and commercial activities.

The first platform is the Information System for handling administrative procedures in areas under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which must be completed before December 31, 2025. The system is centrally operated at the Central level, allowing people and businesses to submit applications online, and officials to receive and process applications on the same platform. The system will be used uniformly and shared by the Ministry and 34 provinces and cities.

The units under the Ministry will coordinate with localities to promptly provide the current administrative procedure settlement process and information in the attached appendix. The data must be sent to the Department before September 26.

The second platform is the Trade and Market Management System, to be deployed in the 2025-2026 period, chaired by the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development.

Previously, on September 11, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Decision No. 2618/QD-BKHCN on the list and implementation plan of national digital platforms and shared digital platforms for industries, sectors and regions. The Ministry of Industry and Trade was assigned to deploy two key platforms to promote digital transformation in state management and commercial activities.
