Accordingly, to remedy the consequences and prevent similar traffic accidents, the Ministry of Construction requested the Da Nang Department of Construction to urgently organize an inspection of compliance with legal regulations on business and business conditions for the owner of the passenger car that caused the accident.
At the same time, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City reviewed and fully supplemented the road signaling system, organized traffic reasonably and scientifically on the roads in the area; enhanced the safety of the traffic infrastructure system, paying special attention to dangerous slope areas; promptly handled landslides and road damage caused by floods.
The Ministry of Construction also requested the competent authorities to strengthen the inspection of compliance with the provisions of the law on business and conditions for business of automobile transportation for transport business units in the area. In particular, the competent authorities need to focus on checking the regulations on safety conditions of vehicles; working hours, conditions, health of drivers; strictly handle violations.
Previously, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that at present, the car with license plate 43F-007.76 involved in the accident was not registered for transportation business at the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, and the competent authority has not yet issued a license for this vehicle to operate. Currently, the authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident and supporting the victims.
