Training in public reception, handling of petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations, preventing and combating corruption and negativity

On the morning of September 24, An Giang Provincial Inspectorate coordinated with the Inspectorate Cadre School - Government Inspectorate to organize a training course on citizen reception, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption and negativity.

The training course is for more than 150 students, who are officials and civil servants working in public reception, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations, preventing and combating corruption and negativity of provincial departments, branches, communes, wards and special zones in An Giang province .

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Chief Inspector of An Giang province Nguyen Hoang Thong said that with the participation of experienced lecturers in teaching and guiding, the class will create conditions for students to not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also have the opportunity to exchange, discuss and share practical situations at the facility.

Thereby, each cadre and civil servant will improve their capacity, courage, skills and professionalism in performing public duties; this training course will make an important contribution to helping the cadres and civil servants of departments, branches; communes, wards, special zones and An Giang Provincial Inspectorate better perform their assigned tasks, meeting the requirements of effectively operating the two-level local government model.
