Song Tri Ward has successfully implemented the "4 on-site" motto: on-site command, on-site forces, on-site means and materials, on-site logistics. Up to now, 258/258 boats have been anchored in safe areas. The ward has also organized forces to patrol and guard 24/7 to ensure timely and effective response to all natural disaster situations; and to develop plans and scenarios for evacuating people in vulnerable areas...
Hoanh Son Ward established a patrol and guard force of 80 people; 112 shock troops; and 25 mobile troops to respond to storm No. 5; developed a plan to prepare supplies and logistics... before, during and after storm No. 5 makes landfall. Proactively developed plans to relocate assets and evacuate people, closely following the new developments of the storm...
Vung Ang Ward issued an official dispatch, directed and inspected key locations at high risk of flooding and landslides. Up to now, all boats in the ward have grasped information, developments, and the path of the storm and have taken to safe shelters. The ward has also developed plans and scenarios for evacuating people according to the level of major storms in key areas at risk of flooding and landslides.
Hai Ninh Ward People's Committee established the Ward Civil Defense Command, assigned specific tasks to members; established Zalo groups to provide information, update, direct and guide promptly. Currently, 460/460 boats of Hai Ninh Ward have been called to shore to avoid the storm.

We have not rented a machine yet, so we have to harvest by hand, hoping to run faster than the storm."

Youth Union members support people to reinforce roofs in Huong Binh commune. People in Tran Phu ward proactively cut trees and trim branches to prevent trees from falling, affecting property and lives. Proactively reinforce assets at schools in Son Kim 1 commune. Teachers at Bac Son Kindergarten (Toan Luu commune) shelter their facilities to avoid damage when the storm comes.
Forces participated in supporting people to raise their properties and facilities to prevent flooding. Youth Union members support people in preserving property in Ky Anh commune.
