In order to improve the efficiency of exploitation and use, create a green, clean, beautiful landscape, open space, a fresh, friendly environment, closely connected with the lives and activities of the people, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Giang ward and related agencies and units to review, research, and propose plans to renovate and embellish Hoang Hoa Tham Park and Ngo Gia Tu Park, Bac Giang ward in the direction of removing the surrounding fences, forming an open, friendly space, convenient for people to access and use.

Reasonable arrangement of infrastructure items, trees, landscapes, auxiliary works, ensuring aesthetics, environmental sanitation, safety and sustainability; effectively exploiting park land fund, serving the needs of recreation, entertainment and community activities of the people. At the same time, advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee on the order and procedures for implementation to ensure savings and efficiency, report before September 30, 2025.
Along with that, review all major parks in the province, develop a renovation and refurbishment plan in a similar direction, and report to the People's Committee in October 2025.
