In 2024, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized many meaningful and practical programs and activities for union officials, union members and workers such as: Competition for Excellent Safety and Hygiene Workers, Dance Festival of Workers of Phu Tho Province, Competition for Building Communication Products on Video , Clips about Trade Union Activities of Phu Tho Province...

Along with that, the Trade Union at the direct superior level and many grassroots Trade Unions have also proactively developed plans and organized cultural and sports exchange activities to meet the aspirations of union members and in accordance with the actual situation and conditions at the grassroots, attracting over 50,000 union members and workers to participate.

According to comrade Bui Thi Thu Huong - Chairman of the Provincial Industrial Parks Union: Currently, union members and workers in industrial parks and clusters not only want to have regular jobs and stable income, but many union members also want to participate in activities organized by the union. Each program, contest, and art activity organized for union members and workers is like a "spiritual food" to encourage, promote potential and promote cultural and artistic movements among workers, and at the same time is an opportunity for grassroots unions and union groups to learn and share experiences in organizing union movements and activities, contributing with enterprises to do a good job of taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
