Approved investment project of more than 808 billion VND in Free Trade Zone

DNO - On August 26, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision No. 1175/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and approving the investor for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of the functional area at location No. 5 of the Da Nang Free Trade Zone.

Accordingly, the selected investor is Ba Na Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company (headquartered in An Son village, Ba Na commune). The project has a scale of 90 hectares, with a total investment capital of more than 808 billion VND. Of which, the investor's capital contribution is more than 121 billion VND. The project implementation location is in Ba Na commune.

The project has a 70-year operating period, expected to start construction in the fourth quarter of 2025 and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. The project's objective is to trade in real estate and land use rights owned, used or leased by the owner.

The City People's Committee assigned the Management Board of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks and relevant departments and branches to inspect and supervise the implementation, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

In particular, properly implementing the main development goals and orientations of the Da Nang Free Trade Zone in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 1142/QD-TTg dated June 13, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Da Nang Free Trade Zone; inspecting and supervising investors to implement the project in accordance with legal regulations.
