Previously, at the 45th session from August 7-8, the Central Inspection Committee reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations and the review results, and proposed disciplinary action against the Party Committee of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.

The Central Inspection Commission concluded: The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; lacked responsibility, and loosened leadership and direction, allowing the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals to seriously violate Party regulations and State laws in the management and use of land for a number of investment projects in the province.

In addition, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also allowed many party organizations and party members to be disciplined, and many cadres and party members to be criminally prosecuted for violations and shortcomings in the case of "Giving and receiving bribes; taking advantage of positions and powers while performing official duties" that occurred at the Dai Ninh Urban Area project in Lam Dong province and related localities and units.

The above violations have caused serious and difficult-to-remedy consequences, with a risk of huge losses of State money and assets, causing bad public opinion, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and local government, to the point of requiring consideration and disciplinary action.

The Central Inspection Committee also pointed out the responsibility of a series of Lam Dong province leaders for the above violations and shortcomings, including Mr. Tran Dinh Van, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

From there, the Central Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. Tran Dinh Van with a warning.
