Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee appoints 14 Directors and Heads of departments and branches

On the afternoon of July 1, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to hand over decisions on personnel. At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City announced and handed over the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to appoint 14 Department Directors, Industry Heads; and 140 deputies.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Nguyen Van Duoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Le, former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Dang Minh Thong, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee.

With Vice Chairmen of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee: Nguyen Van Tho, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; Nguyen Loc Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; Nguyen Van Dung; Bui Xuan Cuong; Tran Thi Dieu Thuy; Bui Minh Thanh.

The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City announced the decisions of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to appoint the Director, Deputy Director; Head and Deputy Head of the Department. Specifically:

Comrade Duong Hong Thang holds the position of Chief of Office of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; along with 9 Deputy Chiefs of Office;

Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Hien holds the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs, along with 10 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh , holding the position of Director of the Department of Justice, along with 5 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Nguyen Cong Vinh , holding the position of Director of the Department of Finance, along with 18 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Tran Van Bay , holding the position of Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City, along with 9 Deputy Chief Inspectors;

Comrade Vo Hoang Ngan , holding the position of Director of the Department of Construction, along with 16 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Nguyen Van Hieu , holding the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training, along with 9 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Tang Chi Thuong , holding the position of Director of the Department of Health , and 9 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Pham Khanh Phong Lan , holding the position of Director of the Department of Food Safety, and 1 Deputy Director;

Comrade Bui Ta Hoang Vu , holding the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; and 8 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Lam Dinh Thang , holding the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology, along with 9 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Tran The Thuan , holding the position of Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with 11 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa , holding the position of Director of the Department of Tourism , with 2 Deputy Directors;

Comrade Nguyen Van Dong , holding the position of Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, along with 7 Deputy Directors.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City also decided to appoint 17 Deputy Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (vacant Director)
