The series of events was organized by the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District in coordination with publishers, bookstores, relevant units and individuals, in response to the third Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21, 2024), celebrating the 7th anniversary of the establishment of Hanoi Book Street (May 1, 2017 - May 1, 2024).

This is a meaningful cultural activity, creating a healthy playground to attract a wide range of people to participate, arousing a passion for reading in the community.
There were many diverse and rich activities organized, specifically: "Artistic Book Arrangement" Contest (April 16); opening ceremony of the series of awarding events for the "Drawing pictures based on the content of the book I love" contest and the "Artistic Book Arrangement" contest (April 17); discussion "Young authors and teenage readers - One generation, one voice" (April 18); discussion introducing the book "Gan oi la gan", workshop on making Dong Ho paintings, music and dance performances (April 20)...
In addition, readers and visitors to Hanoi Book Street on this occasion will have access to many new and valuable books; participate in book experience activities and enjoy many attractive incentives when buying books.
