Special art program to celebrate the Party and Spring of Giap Thin 2024

On the evening of February 9 (December 30), at the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center Square, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a special art program to celebrate the Party and the New Year of the Dragon 2024.
