Vietnamese fans set out to "fuel" the national team

NDO – On January 4, the first flight took 250 fans from Hanoi to Bangkok (Thailand) to cheer on the Vietnamese team in the second leg of the ASEAN Cup 2024 final. This is part of the football cheering tour program designed by Vietravel specifically to serve domestic sports fans. Along with that, fans and families of the players went to Thailand to join the Golden Star Warriors through a sponsored flight of Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB ).

On the evening of January 4, fans prepared drums and red flags with yellow stars to catch a flight from Noi Bai airport ( Hanoi ).

Love for the Vietnamese team is brought to your country by fans.

According to Mr. Pham Van Bay, representative of Vietravel Hanoi Tourism Company: "The total number of fans who registered for the football cheering tour with Vietravel is more than 1,000 guests from both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. After the group departing on the evening of January 4, the remaining fans will continue on the morning of January 5."

After only 3 days of opening for sale, more than 1,000 seats in Vietravel's cheering tours were fully booked on the evening of January 2, right after the first leg of the final at Phu Tho Stadium.

In the fans' luggage there are also shirts and hats with red flags and yellow stars.

A fan shared: “This is the third time I have cheered for the Vietnamese football team with Vietravel. Going on a tour is very reassuring because there is always a tour guide to support, everything from flags, hats, and banners are carefully prepared. Especially, the most wonderful thing is to immerse yourself in the enthusiastic atmosphere with people who share the same passion for football.”

At the airport, fans were ready to catch the flight to Bangkok (Thailand).

These are the fans and families of the players who went to Thailand to fight alongside the Golden Star Warriors through a flight sponsored by Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB).

Accordingly, SHB will fully sponsor the players' supporters and loyal customers (airfare, accommodation, travel, and stadium tickets) to cheer for the team in the second leg of the 2024 ASEAN Cup final in Thailand.

Hai Phong Football Supporters Club was on the same flight.

Fans believe the Vietnamese team will lift the championship trophy.

Many children went with their families to cheer for the Vietnamese team.

SHB representative shared that the Bank hopes to have more fans come to cheer directly at Rajamangala Stadium (Thailand), once again affirming the burning love for football and national pride of the Vietnamese people.

The presence of home fans will be a great source of encouragement to help the Vietnamese men's football team gain more strength, determination, and confidence to aim for the championship right on the away field in Thailand.
