Most recently, on July 25, a particularly serious accident occurred in Song Tri ward, killing 10 people and injuring 15 others. All the injured were taken to Ky Anh Town General Hospital for emergency treatment. Despite facing an unexpected, urgent situation with a high level of casualties, the hospital's doctors and nurses quickly mobilized human resources, supplies, and equipment to smoothly treat the victims. As a result, all the injured were given emergency treatment and timely treatment that same night. This partly demonstrates the effective response capacity of the town General Hospital in emergency, passive situations with a high level of casualties.

From 2023 to 2025, the hospital was donated medical equipment worth more than 10 billion VND by local businesses. In addition to investing in and building a synchronous and appropriate infrastructure, attracting a team of doctors with solid professional qualifications is a vital factor for the hospital.

Doctor Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh - Director of Ky Anh Town General Hospital said: "With the motto "human resources are the key to development", from 2021 to now, the hospital has attracted 15 regular doctors, specialist doctors I, masters to work. With a team of quality human resources and a fairly synchronous equipment system, the hospital has deployed many new techniques such as: thrombolysis, cerebral infarction treatment, endoscopic gastrointestinal surgery, ENT endoscopy, obstetrics and gynecology endoscopy, endoscopic lithotripsy of the urinary system, endoscopic prostate fibroid resection; combined surgery of difficult bones, cardiovascular ultrasound, joint injection, biochemical and immunological tests, pathological anatomy, skin patching to treat soft tissue defects, routine mechanical ventilation, fundus photography...".

To date, Ky Anh Town General Hospital has performed 7,078 techniques, of which 158 are special techniques, 1,449 are type I, 1,711 are type II and 833 are type III.
