Announcement of the Zoning Plan of Ha Vang Industrial Park

On the afternoon of September 10, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board held a conference to announce the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan for Ha Vang Industrial Park, Can Loc commune.

After the Government approved the policy, on August 29, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2182/QD-UBND on approving the zoning plan for the construction of Ha Vang Industrial Park, Can Loc commune, scale 1/2,000. The project is implemented on a scale of 100 hectares, organized by the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, consulting unit: Nghe An Institute of Planning and Construction Architecture.

The approved zoning plan of Ha Vang Industrial Park is the basis for implementing investment projects to build and operate industrial park infrastructure, attracting secondary investment projects. Once put into operation, it will promote investment in industrial production development in Can Loc commune, increasing local budget revenue and neighboring areas.

Representatives of households in the project's affected area expressed their opinions.

At the conference, representatives of the households attending highly agreed with the project planning and hoped that the project would soon come into operation, contributing to the development of the local economy. However, many opinions hoped that the consulting unit as well as the investors would pay attention to the work of compensation, site clearance, and protection of the ecological environment when the industrial park comes into operation.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board emphasized the importance of the Ha Vang Industrial Park subdivision for the people of Can Loc commune in particular and Ha Tinh in general, and at the same time hoped that Can Loc commune needs to promote propaganda and publicize the planning map in the villages so that people can clearly understand, thereby creating high consensus in the implementation process.

The Economic Zone Management Board will also influence investors interested in vocational training, job creation for those in need, and prioritize job placement for those subject to clearance and those affected by the planning to work in the industrial park...
