Illegal construction work causes Chairman of Dinh Cong ward to be proposed to temporarily suspend some work operations

TPO - In addition to the three illegal constructions mentioned by the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district, there are a series of other illegal constructions still being blatantly built in Dinh Cong ward.

Vice Chairman of Hoang Mai District People's Committee Do Thanh Tung has just reported to the Chairman of Hoang Mai District People's Committee proposing to temporarily suspend the management of some working activities of the Chairman of Dinh Cong Ward People's Committee.

It is known that the Chairman of Dinh Cong Ward People's Committee is Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong. Recently, Ms. Phuong allowed 3 constructions to violate construction order.

The photo shows a construction project that violates construction regulations at No. 34, Lane 36/1, Tran Dien Street (Group 1, Dinh Cong Ward). On May 9, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai District assigned the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward to urgently handle this construction violation.

However, up to now, there are still workers inside the construction site.

The building is surrounded by corrugated iron, construction takes place behind the outer corrugated iron cover.

Another violating construction was also pointed out by the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district and requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dinh Cong ward to handle and report the implementation results before May 10.

However, as of the morning of May 17, the illegal construction at lane 31 Dinh Cong Ha was still in progress.

A representative of the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward said that it is expected that the violating constructions will be handled in May 2024.

In addition to the above mentioned illegal constructions, for many years now Dinh Cong ward has been a "hot spot" for violations of construction order. The photo shows a series of parking lots on planned land.

The local government's handling of the issue has not been thorough, causing more and more constructions on planned land.

The report of Hoang Mai district stated: Recently, in this ward, there have been a number of violations in land management and construction order, causing public outrage. Regarding this, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district has issued many documents requesting Dinh Cong ward to inspect and handle it thoroughly. However, up to now, the situation of violations in the ward still exists with a complicated trend.

To completely handle the above situation, Vice Chairman of Hoang Mai District People's Committee Do Thanh Tung proposed that the Chairman of Hoang Mai District People's Committee consider temporarily suspending the management of some other working activities of the Chairman of Dinh Cong Ward People's Committee to focus on handling violations in land management and construction order in the area. "The deadline for handling violations is May 30, 2024" - the report stated.
