Consider many important contents

Co-chairs of the meeting with voters at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Suoi Hai commune included: Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Mai - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City; Mr. Le Quan - Deputy Minister of Education and Training ; Mr. Tran Viet Anh - National Assembly Delegate in charge of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

Informing voters, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Mai - Deputy Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation said that at the 10th Session, the 15th National Assembly is expected to consider and pass 42 laws and 3 resolutions; consider and decide on socio -economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues; and send reports to National Assembly Deputies for study.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Mai summarized some important contents that will be considered and approved at the upcoming 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly .

Regarding legislative work, the 10th Session is expected to consider and pass a number of laws such as: Law on Press (amended); Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Cyber ​​Security (comprehensive amendment of the Law on Cyber ​​Security and comprehensive amendment of the Law on Network Information Security into 1 law according to shortened procedures)...

The session will consider issuing a Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to effectively implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health.

Reviewing the results of the 5-year summary of the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on approving investment policies for the National Target Programs (NTPs), period 2021 - 2025: NTP on new rural construction, NTP on sustainable poverty reduction, NTP on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

At the same time, the National Assembly will continue to review and decide on investment policies: The National Target Program on New Rural Development and Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2026-2035 period; The National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development for Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2026-2030 period...

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Viet Anh - National Assembly member in charge of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly summarized and responded to a number of voters' recommendations. In particular, the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and Hanoi People's Committee have responded in writing to voters' recommendations on issues of concern to voters such as land management, prevention of online fraud, investment in infrastructure construction, etc.

At the meeting, voters of 17 communes/wards of constituency No. 7 including: Son Tay, Tung Thien, Doai Phuong, Phuc Tho, Phuc Loc, Hat Mon, Ba Vi, Quang Oai, Minh Chau, Vat Lai, Suoi Hai, Co Do, Bat Bat, Yen Bai, Dan Phuong, O Dien, Lien Minh raised many opinions to the National Assembly Deputies of Hanoi City related to issues of people's livelihood, socio-economics, culture - education to send to the Session.

The conference was connected online to 17 points in communes/wards of constituency No. 7, Hanoi City.

Representatives of voters of Ba Vi commune proposed that competent authorities pay attention to and invest in the construction of Tu Vu Bridge across the Da River to connect Ba Vi commune (Hanoi) with Phu Tho province; and requested the National Assembly and the Government to pay attention and allocate capital to continue implementing the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Hanoi capital for the period 2026-2030.

Voters in Phuc Loc commune proposed that the Government and the Education sector should soon come up with specific solutions to effectively implement the Politburo's policy on implementing a unified set of textbooks for common use nationwide, starting from the 2026-2027 school year. This brings many benefits to parents and students because the books will be used for many years, reducing costs for people, especially families with many children.

Also within the framework of the conference, many groups of issues related to the economy, society, security and order, construction investment, land management, environmental protection... were frankly raised by voters with the city's National Assembly Deputies to find solutions to bring benefits to the people.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Quan expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the voters' suggestions and comments on issues of social concern. The city's National Assembly delegation took note of the voters' opinions to send to the National Assembly, the Government as well as relevant authorities for study, consideration and response to voters according to regulations.

At the 10th Session, the National Assembly will consider and promulgate the amended Law on Education to suit the new situation; the amended Law on Vocational Education to increase students' opportunities for more stable employment; the Law on Higher Education will also be amended to ensure that higher education institutions develop commensurately, training a team of highly qualified intellectuals associated with research and innovation.

Regarding the issues that voters proposed, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Quan emphasized that since the implementation of the two-level local government model, the daily workload in communes/wards is very large. Leaders of central ministries/departments/sectors as well as the city always pay attention and provide support so that the implementation of national target programs can achieve the best results, all for the purpose of serving the people...
