Da Nang announces list of projects exempted from construction permits

The Department of Construction of Da Nang has just announced the list of works and projects exempted from construction permits according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 56 of the Railway Law No. 95 and Clause 2, Article 89 of the Construction Law (amended and supplemented, effective from July 1, 2025).

Accordingly, projects whose feasibility study reports have been appraised by specialized agencies and located in areas with detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 or approved urban designs will not have to apply for a construction permit.

Investors only need to send the groundbreaking notice and design documents to the state management agency for monitoring, and at the same time fully comply with regulations on land, fire prevention and fighting, environment...

In phase 1, there are projects eligible for license exemption, with a total capital of nearly 5,564 billion VND, including: Landcom's housing project in Tuyen Son area; Da Nang marina; Thuy Tu villa area (phase 2); hotel on Hoang Ke Viem street; apartment - commercial area of ​​Hai Hanh Company.

In addition, there are 23 other projects with a total investment of more than VND 21,584 billion being reviewed to determine eligibility for license exemption, including many large projects such as: Phu My An Apartment (Regal Group); Phuong Trang townhouses; New Town villas; Riverside tower (The Royal Da Nang); Hoa Quy - Dong No riverside villa area (Dia Cau)...
