Da Nang: Maintain land price list until the end of 2025

DNVN - On August 11, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a document on applying the land price list in the area to determine financial obligations on land from now until the end of 2025.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City requests the Da Nang City Tax Department, the Land Fund Development Center, the Land Registration Office, and the People's Committees of communes/wards to continue applying the land price list in Decision 09/2020/QD-UBND (dated April 7, 2020) for the old Da Nang City and Decision 24/2019/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2019 for the old Quang Nam province to determine financial obligations on land. The application period is until December 31, 2025.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and promptly resolve any problems arising related to the application of land price lists in localities under its authority, especially in bordering wards and communes. In cases beyond its authority, it is necessary to consult and report to the People's Committee of the City for consideration and resolution.

At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies and People's Committees of wards and communes to urgently complete all procedural documents and advise the People's Committee of Da Nang City to approve the land price list for promulgation and uniform application in the city from January 1, 2026.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City also issued a Decision to establish a specific Land Valuation Council for Da Nang City, with Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee Ho Ky Minh as Chairman of the Council and Director of the Department of Finance Tran Thi Thanh Tam as Vice Chairman of the Council.

The Council is responsible for appraising the land price plan developed by the Department of Agriculture and Environment in accordance with the provisions of the Land Law, guiding documents and other relevant legal provisions. The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council are allowed to use the seal of the working agency to manage the Council's activities.

Along with that, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a Decision to abolish all Decisions on establishing the Land Price Appraisal Council and the Specific Land Price Appraisal Council of the People's Committee of Da Nang City (old) and the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province (old).
