Da Nang hosts largest technology forum on hotel industry

DNO - On the afternoon of August 14, HorecFex Vietnam and the Vietnam Hotel Association in collaboration with Ariyana International Convention Palace announced the HorecFex 2025 event - an exhibition and forum on technology and innovation in the HORECA (hotel, restaurant and catering/coffee) industry, taking place in Da Nang city on August 26-27.

HorecFex Vietnam 2025 attracts more than 500 hotels, restaurants and businesses, 3,500 guests and 90 domestic and international speakers; with 80 booths exhibiting hotel industry technology.

At the event, experts shared, discussed, and updated breakthrough solutions and trends for the hotel, tourism , and service industries. The focus was on the future orientation of the hotel industry, methods and trends for Vietnam to become a sustainable tourism destination; human resource training solutions - the key to long-term development; and effective restaurant business solutions.

In addition, there are 20 discussion sessions related to advanced technology, AI technology, ChatGPT to help improve the competitiveness of businesses in the hotel industry.

Within the framework of the HorecFex Vietnam 2025 event, attendees will have the opportunity to directly interact with advanced robotic solutions being applied in the hotel, restaurant and tourism industries such as service robots, reception robots, helping to save costs and optimize operating processes; test new technologies of VR glasses Meta - Mark Zuckerberg's technology group...
