At the meeting with voters, delegate Lo Thi Luyen announced the expected content, program and time of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly .
Regarding the application of policies and regimes according to Decree 178/2024 and Decree 67/2025 of the Government on the implementation of organizational arrangement and streamlining, voters of Tua Chua district proposed: Expanding and supplementing beneficiaries of policies and regimes according to Decree 177/2024 for all cadres currently holding positions regardless of whether they are Party Committee members or not; proposing the establishment of a cultural career unit at the commune level to facilitate the implementation of tasks; proposing the establishment of a separate project management board at the commune level...

Regarding the implementation of 3 national target programs in the district, there are still some shortcomings such as: Projects supporting the development of agricultural production are still slow in implementation progress; sub-projects under Project 4 on Vocational Education Development and Sustainable Employment are difficult to disburse in the coming time; the number of workers registered to work abroad under contracts is still limited...
Tua Chua district proposed that the Government, ministries and central branches continue to have a mechanism to support villages, hamlets and residential groups to soon escape from the situation of special difficulties; help the poor and newly escaped-poverty families to have conditions to develop the economy and escape poverty sustainably; at the same time, there should be a mechanism for communes in region III after being recognized as meeting new rural standards to continue to enjoy the same policies as communes in region III for at least 3-5 years to ensure social security.
