Hanoi University of Science and Technology offers 1,200 free accommodations to people on National Day September 2

Associate Professor Dr. Dinh Van Hai - Director of the Center for Communication and Digital Knowledge (Hanoi University of Science and Technology) said that, implementing Official Dispatch No. 4672/UBND-DT of the Hanoi People's Committee, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has coordinated to receive 200 45-seat vehicles to gather and transport delegates to attend the Celebration Ceremony. At the same time, the University proactively implemented a meaningful activity: Arranging 1,200 free accommodations for people in remote areas, to help people have the most favorable conditions when coming to the Capital to witness the important historical event of the country.

"The accommodation support period lasts from August 30 to September 3, 2025 to create the most favorable conditions for people during the important events. This is a practical activity, spreading the message of the School: Responsibility to the Country - Commitment to the Community" - Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Van Hai said.

At House B9 and B10 - Hanoi University of Science and Technology Dormitory, the rooms have been urgently prepared and cleaned, ready to welcome people to stay. Of which, House B9 has a capacity of 500 seats and House B10 has 700 seats, a total of 1,200 free accommodations. Each room is fully equipped with amenities such as: water heater, ventilation fan, lighting system, clean bedding and spacious private toilet, ensuring convenience and safety in daily life. Preparations are being carried out urgently to bring the best living conditions to people.

In particular, with its location right in the center of the capital, Hanoi University of Science and Technology dormitory is located near many key traffic routes, helping people conveniently travel to Ba Dinh Square, where the parade and marching ceremony are held, contributing to creating the best conditions for travel during the event days.

Along with the accommodation arrangements, the Board of Directors of Hanoi University of Science and Technology pays special attention to service and management to ensure smooth support activities. The entire staff, from security guards, dormitory managers to cleaning staff, are mobilized, assigned tasks and work throughout the holidays.

Important steps such as checking registration information and identification documents, checking-in instructions and disseminating dormitory regulations, issuing access cards or confirmation papers for convenient management, as well as arranging staff on duty to ensure security and order during the entire stay are all strictly implemented. Thanks to comprehensive preparation, the dormitory not only becomes a temporary place to live but also a warm and safe place, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and responsibility of the teachers and students of Bach Khoa University to the community.
