The 3rd Party Congress of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School, term 2025-2030

On April 21-22, the Party Committee of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School held its 3rd Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Hoang Quang Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies, attended and directed the conference.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School has led the implementation of political and ideological education, propaganda, and resolution study in a timely, serious, and systematic manner, with many new and breakthrough points. Teaching activities have been innovated, increasing the use of active teaching and learning methods, promoting the proactive and creative spirit of learners; linking theoretical learning with training, raising awareness, spirit, and attitude of serving the people. The school has been recognized as meeting level 1 standards.

During the term, the school has completed organizing classes according to the plan assigned by the province and promoted enrollment according to social needs to balance and ensure the assigned autonomous spending norms with 812 training and fostering classes for 35,800 students. The quantity and quality of scientific topics and seminars have been increasingly improved, practically serving the application of theories and Party viewpoints and guidelines into practical work and teaching. The school has been implementing research on 4 provincial-level topics, developing 3 projects to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for approval; approved the implementation of 29 school-level scientific topics; organized 17 school-level scientific seminars and workshops, 9 provincial-level and cluster-level seminars and workshops; published 18 issues of the Theoretical and Practical Information newsletter with 466 articles ensuring content quality and in accordance with publishing regulations. The work of building and rectifying the Party and building a developing school has been carried out resolutely. Activities of unions and patriotic emulation movements are directed with attention, closely following the political tasks of the school and the requirements of taking care of material and spiritual life to motivate staff and workers.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Nguyen Van Cu Training School will continue to innovate methods, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee associated with building a clean and strong Party organization; promote the tradition of solidarity, democracy, discipline, and cultural strength in the Party; improve the quality of cadres and Party members; promote innovation and digital transformation; build a friendly, modern, and professional educational environment, meeting the criteria of a level 2 standard political school.

The School Party Committee strives for the Party Committee and 100% of Party cells to effectively develop and implement the Action Program to implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, nominate 4 comrades to study advanced political theory, 100% of lecturers with 7 years of teaching experience at the school have advanced political theory qualifications, 100% of Party members are lecturers who have completed the intermediate political training program; have 30% of lecturers and part-time lecturers with doctoral degrees; 100% of faculties have faculty leaders who preside over at least 1 provincial-level scientific research task or equivalent; complete data digitization and software application in the school's management activities.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Hoang Quang Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School in the 2020-2025 term.

During the 2025-2030 term, comrade Hoang Quang Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, requested the Party Committee of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School to continue to carry out Party building work in conjunction with the school's political tasks and resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, resolutely apply digital transformation to teaching, research and propose curriculum frameworks and documents for cadres, leadership and management, link scientific research, teaching and the tasks of the province, complete the criteria to ensure reaching level 2 standards by 2027, thereby contributing to building a civilized, prosperous, modern and steadfast Quang Ninh province with the country entering a new era, an era of national growth.

The Congress elected a new Party Committee, elected the Party Secretary, and elected delegates to attend the Party Congress at a higher level. Comrade Pham Thuy Duong was elected as Party Secretary of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School.
