Building and expanding the self-defense force in terms of quantity, quality, and efficiency. Improving the quality of regular construction, law enforcement, and discipline, striving to have 100% of agencies and units comprehensively strong by 2030, of which over 90% of units achieved "Exemplary and typical". The Party Committee of the Army Corps completed its tasks excellently, 100% of the Party committees and affiliated Party organizations completed their tasks, of which 90% or more of the Party committees and Party organizations completed their tasks well and excellently. 100% of cadres and party members fulfilled their duties and tasks, of which 90% or more fulfilled them well and excellently; during the term, strive to admit 400 party members.
The Corps continues to effectively maintain production tasks, striving for a production value of 14,833 billion VND, revenue of more than 14 trillion VND; profit of more than 1 trillion VND; average income of 10.3 million VND/person/month. Ensure good logistics and technology for tasks; strive to be 100% self-sufficient in vegetables, tubers, fruits and 80% of meat, fish, poultry eggs; healthy troops reach 98.5% or more. Manage and use weapons, technical equipment, finance, gasoline, electricity, water, facilities, in accordance with principles, economically, to avoid loss, embezzlement, and waste.
The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of the 15th Corps for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 comrades, and the Standing Committee of 5 comrades. Colonel Khuat Ba Cao, Deputy Commander, was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of the 15th Corps for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also elected a delegation of 2 comrades to attend the 12th Army Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
