Ensure the Hong Linh Town belt road project is completed on time

With the determination to complete the town belt road project according to the plan, the People's Committee of Hong Linh town ( Ha Tinh ) has focused on speeding up site clearance and handing over clean land to the construction unit on time.

The Hong Linh Town Belt Road Project (section from National Highway 8 to Tien Son Street) has a total investment of 150 billion VND, invested by the People's Committee of Hong Linh Town, with a length of nearly 3km, and a 30m wide asphalt road surface. The project started construction in December 2022.

The shape of Hong Linh Town belt road is gradually taking shape.

The Hong Linh Town Belt Road project passes through two wards, of which Duc Thuan Ward has 103 affected households, Trung Luong Ward has 75 affected households. To ensure the progress of the project, in recent times, the People's Committee of Hong Linh Town has mobilized the participation of Party committees at all levels, the government, the entire political system and actively mobilized people's consensus, and promoted site clearance work. Thanks to that, the investor ensures the progress of site clearance, handing over clean land fund for the contractor to speed up the construction progress as committed.

To ensure progress and take advantage of favorable weather, Nhu Nam Company Limited has mobilized vehicles and machinery to construct the items.

Mr. Ton Quang Ngoc - Vice Chairman of Hong Linh Town People's Committee said: "Along with promoting propaganda work, the town also publicly disclosed information about the project, publicly announced the State's compensation and support policies for site clearance for the project. The town has directed specialized agencies and localities to focus on reviewing the land status, declaring, classifying, and providing information on land plot measurements to each household so that people know clearly the area of ​​their land in the project and need site clearance. At the same time, organize meetings with people, publicly disclose the measurement results so that households related to the project can directly compare, reflect, reach consensus and finalize the data. Up to now, the project has cleared the land of 177/178 households".

Mr. Tran Thai Thinh in Thuan Hoa residential group - Duc Thuan ward said: "My family is one of 103 local households affected by the belt road project, having to clear more than 600 square ^meters of agricultural land. When we heard about the project and were informed by Duc Thuan ward officials about the compensation and clearance policy, we completely agreed and quickly handed over the land to implement the project."

The bridge and culvert system on the Hong Linh Town belt road project has been basically completed.

The project of the urban belt road aims to expand Hong Linh town to the West, connecting National Highway 8 with National Highway 1 through the main road of Hong Linh town (being invested from the capital of the Basic Infrastructure Project for comprehensive development of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces - BIIG2); creating land fund for urban development and attracting investment for Hong Linh town.

Currently, Nhu Nam Company Limited (Hong Linh Town) is taking advantage of favorable weather to urgently speed up the construction progress of the items. With the motto "handing over the site to where, construction to where", the company is focusing on completing the drainage system and the roadbed.

Up to now, the roadbed embankment project has been completed by the contractor at 75% of the volume.

To ensure the set progress, the unit makes a real-time chart at the construction site, maintains a daily reporting regime to strictly control the construction reality with the project documents. Mr. Mai Xuan Phu - technical officer, Nhu Nam Company Limited said: The unit is constructing the K95, K98 earthwork of the roadbed, reaching 75% of the volume and basically completing the works on the route (culverts, drainage) with an estimated volume value of 35 billion VND, reaching about 30.4% of the total value of the contract package. The project is expected to be completed in October 2025. All construction stages are closely monitored and standardized to ensure the requirements and objectives of the project.

In the coming time, the Town People's Committee will continue to strengthen the inspection and supervision of contractors during the construction process to ensure the quality and progress of the project; at the same time, direct the competent authorities and contractors to perform well the reporting and consulting work with superiors to promptly resolve problems during the project implementation and capital disbursement.
