Military Party Committee: Implement well "2 steadfastness, 2 promotion and 2 prevention"

General Secretary To Lam emphasized the role of the Army in nation building, implementing 2 steadfastness, 2 promotion and 2 prevention to achieve the 2025-2030 goals.

Speaking at the 12th Party Congress of the Army for the 2025-2030 term on the morning of September 30, 2025, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that the 12th Party Congress of the Army for the 2025-2030 term is a particularly important milestone in the cause of building the Army, strengthening national defense, and protecting the Fatherland.

The General Secretary stated that in order to successfully implement the country's two 100-year goals, successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, have a peaceful and stable environment for the country, develop the economy and society rapidly and sustainably, and for people's lives to be truly free, prosperous and happy, the Army must be the main force carrying out the above tasks.

The General Secretary requested the Party Committee of the Army and the entire army to well implement "2 steadfastness, 2 promotion and 2 prevention" to successfully carry out the directions, goals, military and defense tasks and build the Party Committee of the Army for the 2025-2030 term./.
