Auction of 66 residential plots in April

DNO - On March 21, the Department of Agriculture and Environment posted information on the auction of the right to use 66 land lots in Da Nang city in the form of online auction on the Online Auction Information Page https://online.daugiavietnam.vn in April 2025.

Accordingly, the first auction will be held on April 9 (registration and deposit before 5:00 p.m. on April 3, 2025 at the Land Fund Development Center, No. 106 Hoang Van Thu Street) with 33 land lots with a total area of ^{​​7,511m2} , including: 3 lots at intersections along Kha Vang Can Street (Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District); 3 lots at intersections along Go Lang 1 Street (Hoa Nhon Commune, Hoa Vang District); 2 corner lots at intersections and crossroads along Pham Van Xao Street, 11 land lots (from lot number 29 to 39) along Chu Huy Man Street (Son Tra District); 1 land lot on Minh Mang Street, 9 land lots at corners of intersections and crossroads along Ban Ban 15 Street and 4 land lots at corners of intersections and crossroads along Hoang Hoi Khanh Street (Ngu Hanh Son District).

The second auction will take place on April 16, 2025 (register and deposit before 5:00 p.m. on April 11, 2025 at the Land Fund Development Center, No. 106 Hoang Van Thu Street) with 33 residential land lots with a total area of ^{​​3,718m2} , including: 3 land lots at the corners of the intersections along March 29th Street (Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District); 30 residential land lots (from lot number 8 to 37) in row B2-3A with 2 frontages on Vo Chi Cong and Luu Dinh Chat streets (adjacent to the back, Ngu Hanh Son District).
