Successfully auctioned a large plot of land to build a commercial center and hotel

DNO - On the afternoon of November 30, the Danang City Land Fund Development Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) coordinated with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company to organize an online auction for leasing land use rights for 50 years (one-time payment) for land plot A9, frontage on Vo Van Kiet Street (An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District).

Accordingly, there are 2 organizations auctioning the right to use a ^1,608m2 land plot to build a commercial center and hotel (in which the base block with a maximum height of 5 floors is used as a commercial center).

Daewon - Hoan Cau Housing Development Joint Venture Company ( Ho Chi Minh City) won the auction with a total one-time payment to the city budget of more than 236.5 billion VND.

The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center said that in December 2023, the unit will coordinate with auction companies to auction two large land plots to invest in the construction of works serving the city's socio -economic development.
