The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and sectors, based on their assigned functions and tasks, to proactively review, propose amendments and supplements to perfect legal regulations on socio-economic management and PCTNTC in the state and non-state sectors. Accordingly, focusing on areas prone to corruption and negativity such as: Organization of cadres, financial management, budget, public assets, management of state capital invested in enterprises, investment, construction, bidding, auction; land, resources, minerals; credit, banking; tax, customs and other areas directly related to people and enterprises...
