Promoting emulation to welcome Party Congresses at all levels

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Towards the 15th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th National Congress of the Party, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces are enthusiastically competing to achieve many achievements in all aspects of work. In agencies and units, the competitive spirit is spreading widely, becoming a strong driving force to promote the sense of responsibility, will to rise up and the aspiration to contribute of each officer, party member and soldier.

Together with the entire force, the Party Committee and Command of Regiment 762 have actively promoted propaganda and education to raise awareness among officers and soldiers about the meaning and importance of the Party Congress at all levels. In addition to traditional propaganda, the Regiment regularly uses the internal broadcasting system, integrating the content of the Congress into exchanges, discussions, and democratic dialogues, helping officers and soldiers easily access and remember knowledge. Talking to us, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Chien, Political Commissar of the Regiment, said: "The Regiment identifies political and ideological education work associated with emulation to win as a key factor in creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere. In addition, the unit also promotes increased production with many specific models: Consolidating nearly 12,000m2 of increased production gardens, renovating fish ponds, repairing livestock barns, renewing more than 1,600m2 of concrete roads and building a "bright, green, clean, beautiful" unit landscape.

The emulation movement is also closely linked to the task of training and combat readiness. The units under the provincial military always adhere to the motto "Basic, practical, solid", attach importance to synchronous and in-depth training, in which cadre training is the key, tactical training is the focus. The contents are deployed methodically, scientifically , and closely related to reality, focusing on night training, training in conditions close to actual combat, flexibly applying 3 viewpoints, 8 principles and 6 combinations in training.

At the Mechanized Reconnaissance Company, the General Staff Department of the Provincial Military Command, the emulation movement to welcome the Congress was materialized through many meaningful works and projects. The models of "Youth Campus", "Youth Barber House"... have contributed to beautifying the landscape and improving the cultural and spiritual life of officers and soldiers.

It can be affirmed that the emulation movement to welcome the Provincial Military Party Congress not only creates a vibrant competitive atmosphere, but also contributes to improving the overall quality of training, combat readiness, building a regular routine and training discipline. Many new models and creative methods are applied effectively, practically, and closely to the tasks and conditions of each agency and unit.

Responding to the peak emulation campaign to achieve achievements in celebration of the 15th Provincial Military Party Congress, the Provincial Party Committee and Military Command launched an emulation campaign with the theme: "Raise high the flag of Victory, forever worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers", and "Raise high the August red flag - Emulate to win the 3 best" (Awareness, responsibility, highest determination). The emulation campaign aims to encourage the sense of responsibility, arouse the will to rise, the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and the desire to contribute in each cadre, party member, and soldier of the provincial military.

Along with the emulation to excellently complete the central political tasks, the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command directed agencies and units to focus on promoting good training, high combat readiness, strict discipline, and a healthy cultural environment; at the same time, linking emulation with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers". Each officer and soldier must clearly demonstrate the pioneering and exemplary spirit, determined to successfully implement emulation targets, creating new momentum and new motivation for revolutionary action movements in the entire force.
