Grade 10 exam scores in Ho Chi Minh City will be announced on the morning of June 23.

(NLDO)- The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City said that on the morning of June 23, the department will officially announce the 10th grade exam scores. Parents and students are invited to look up the exam scores on the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

Speaking to a reporter from the Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Ho Tan Minh, Chief of Office of the HCM City Department of Education and Training, said that the 10th grade exam scores in HCM City will be announced on the morning of June 23.

As soon as the HCM City Department of Education and Training announces the 10th grade exam scores, parents and candidates can look up the scores on the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

Previously, Ho Chi Minh City completed the 10th grade exam marking on June 16, then will conduct a review, compare results and enter scores.

Through the marking process, the examiners said that the score distribution of all three subjects of literature, English and math was better than last year, although there were still scores below average but accounted for a small percentage. It is expected that the benchmark score for grade 10 this year will increase slightly.

In literature, according to the examiners, scores below average are rare, but scores of 8 and above are also rare. Scores of 6-7 are the most common.

In math, the score range is between 5.5 and 7.5. There are 10s but not many, each marking group only has 1-3 papers with 10s.

Regarding the English subject, according to the examiners, the marking was completed on June 15. The average score for the English subject this year is better than last year, but there will still not be a "rain" of 10s.

A teacher who participated in grading the exam said that the average English score this year is higher than last year, but there are not many high scores, the highest score is around 6-7. The 10 score is scattered and the lowest is 1.5 points.

Along with the announcement of exam scores on the morning of June 23, the 10th grade benchmark scores were also announced during this period, from June 23 to 26.
