At the World Cultural Heritage of the Ho Dynasty Citadel, Mr. Hanazumi Hideyo, Governor of Niigata Province (Japan) and his colleagues visited the Exhibition House of artifacts excavated through many periods in the Ho Dynasty Citadel area and the Nam Giao Tay Do Altar, such as: stone marbles, stone bullets, bricks with inscriptions, phoenix heads... The typical artifacts displayed here are closely associated with the process of birth, existence and development of the Ho Dynasty.

Also at the Ho Dynasty Citadel World Cultural Heritage, the Ho Dynasty Citadel Cultural Heritage Management Board also introduced to the working delegation the South Gate area, this is the main gate built with 3 arched architecture. The middle arch has the most clearly visible Royal Road - the road for the King to travel. From the South Gate, the road extends about 3km down to the Nam Giao Altar - where the ritual of harmony between heaven, earth and humans is practiced.

To serve the work of preserving, promoting and advertising the value of the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage, the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Conservation Center has collected and gathered a large number of scattered construction stones around the citadel wall area for outdoor display and check-in point for visitors.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi introduced excavated artifacts to Governor Hanazumi Hideyo of Niigata Province (Japan) and the working delegation.

Informing the working delegation, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi said: Since becoming a world heritage, Thanh Hoa province has always identified this as one of the important tasks in implementing the strategic commitment to preserve and promote the heritage value of the Ho Dynasty Citadel. Including the implementation of a plan to effectively preserve and promote this unique heritage when combined with tourism . Accordingly, in the period from 2011 to 2021, the Ho Dynasty Citadel has been given priority for research and excavation of relic sites in the Inner Citadel, the Moat, the Nam Giao altar... Thereby, continuing to affirm the great and outstanding value of the World Cultural Heritage of the Ho Dynasty Citadel. The Provincial People's Committee has also approved the Plan for managing the World Cultural Heritage of Ho Dynasty Citadel for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2040. This Plan was developed by Thanh Hoa province based on research results in the fields of history, archaeology and other related fields with the advice of international experts from UNESCO.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi also respectfully thanked Japanese organizations for their support to Thanh Hoa province in restoring relics in the buffer zone of the Ho Dynasty Citadel, such as the ancient house in Vinh Tien commune - one of the most beautiful ancient houses in Vietnam.
