Delegation of the Provincial Military Party Committee offered incense and reported to President Ho Chi Minh

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the eve of the 15th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030, on the morning of July 31, the Congress Delegation led by Colonel Pham Van Sam, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar, came to offer incense and report to President Ho Chi Minh.

Joining the delegation were: Colonel Vu Van Tung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, heads of the Command, heads of departments, agencies, the Border Guard Command and officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh , the beloved leader of the Party and people of Vietnam, the beloved Father of the armed forces, the Delegation expressed deep gratitude and reported to Uncle Ho the outstanding achievements that the officers and soldiers of the Thanh Hoa armed forces have strived to achieve during the past term.
