Removing difficulties, reducing risks
One of the key contents presented by the representative of Lam Dong Provincial Tax Department in the program was the new tax regulations implemented from the beginning of 2025. In particular, the content on value added tax (VAT), corporate income tax, personal income tax and tax incentives for small and micro enterprises were clarified point by point to help businesses grasp their rights and legal obligations. In addition, instructions on the application of electronic invoices and electronic tax declaration were also emphasized, in order to improve management efficiency and convenience for businesses.
Resolution 68/NQ-CP, with its core vision of building a private economic sector that is fast-growing, sustainable, high-quality and globally competitive - not only acting as a driving force for economic growth, but also a pioneering force in science, technology and innovation. The long-term goal is to help Vietnam avoid the middle-income trap, gradually realizing its aspiration to become a developed, high-income country by 2045.
A notable point in the resolution is the goal of developing 20 large enterprises by 2030, capable of participating deeply in the global value chain and leading the industrialization process. According to the program content, Resolution 68 was built to remove financial and operational difficulties for enterprises on the basis of economic recovery, enhancing competitiveness in the period of deep integration. Companion and bridge
Mr. Pham Nguyen Ngoc Duy - Chairman of Lam Dong Young Entrepreneurs Association emphasized: “In the context of economic recovery full of difficulties and competition both domestically and internationally, being fully equipped with information on tax policies and support programs of the Government is extremely necessary for members and local businesses to proactively plan sustainable production and business. The Association is committed to always accompanying and creating favorable conditions for members to connect, improve management capacity and develop sustainable business in the digital age”.
The “Business Coffee” program is not only a forum to disseminate legal policies but also an opportunity for businesses and business households to exchange and share management, production and business experiences, and at the same time, directly exchange with tax experts and representatives of management agencies. The lively discussions help clarify procedural problems, remove difficulties in practical operations and propose more practical support solutions from the state.
Organizing in the form of an intimate coffee shop helps create an open space, increase interaction, contribute to improving the efficiency of information transmission, helping the business community gradually improve capacity, and flexibly adapt to market changes. In addition, the Association also proposed more practical support mechanisms, such as: in-depth training on digital transformation in business management, developing export markets, or promoting cooperation in linking supply chains on digital platforms, to help local businesses increase their competitiveness.
The “Business Coffee” activity of the Lam Dong Young Entrepreneurs Association continues to affirm its important role as a bridge between the business community and state management agencies in the area. Thereby, businesses not only have timely access to policies but also contribute to building a fair and transparent business environment, creating favorable conditions for the development of key economic sectors of the province.
In the coming time, the Association plans to maintain and expand consulting and legal support programs combined with training in management skills, market development and application of new technologies for member enterprises, in order to contribute to the province's sustainable economic growth and diversification of business products.
In the era of strong development, the private economic sector is increasingly asserting its role as a pillar in the Vietnamese economy. Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo identifies the private economy as one of the important driving forces, opening a new and promising development period. We believe that with the steady progress in reform, especially in the digital transformation process that the Vietnamese Government is striving to implement, these barriers will soon be removed. When the problems are resolved, Vietnam will not only become a more attractive destination for international private enterprises, but also create a favorable environment for domestic enterprises to develop sustainably...
