Dialogue with businesses on administrative procedures in the field of fire prevention and fighting

On the afternoon of September 11, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue Police Department (CNCH), Thai Nguyen Provincial Police organized a conference to listen to opinions and have direct dialogue on administrative procedures of state agencies and people towards the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Force (PCCC) and Rescue Police Force, in 2025.

At the Conference, the unit's leaders and 45 delegates representing businesses in the province were informed of important new contents in the design review and acceptance of fire prevention and fighting according to Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP of the Government and Decision No. 5461/QD-BCA-C07 of the Ministry of Public Security on promulgating administrative procedures in this field; detailed instructions on how and how to submit documents in the electronic environment.

During the dialogue at the conference, representatives of enterprises frankly exchanged, pointed out some difficulties from practice and asked questions related to the application of new regulations. In the spirit of openness, representatives of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department acknowledged all comments and directly answered and clarified the contents related to regulations on fire prevention and rescue.
