Phoenix Hill

Belonging to 12 Khe village, Bac Son ward, located in the North of Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province, Phuong Hoang peak is a suitable place for weekend picnics.

Located at an altitude of nearly 500m, this place is covered by pine forests and rolling hills of grass. The hill has two main outstanding landscapes, which are the green grass season in spring and summer and the burnt grass season from October to January of the following year.

Yen Tu tourist area

Yen Tu tourist area is located in Yen Tu mountain, Thuong Yen Cong ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province. This is a famous spiritual tourist destination, possessing a system of temples with unique architecture, the top in Quang Ninh.

Yen Tu tourist area has its own beauty in each season, but from January to March of the lunar calendar every year is the peak season, attracting a large number of Buddhists and tourists to visit and worship.

After visiting Trinh Pagoda, visitors can start their pilgrimage to Dong Pagoda on the top of the mountain. Along the way, visit Ngoa Van Hermitage, An Ky Sinh statue, the Buddha stele gate... and many small pagodas located on the mountainside.

The houses in the village are built in the ancient architectural style of the Northern village. Mo Waterfall

Located in Quang Yen commune, Quang Ninh province, Thac Mo eco-tourism area still retains its pristine beauty. This place has a cool climate, fresh air, vast forests, clear streams, and cool, rushing waterfalls.

Mo Waterfall is formed from Mo Stream, stretching about 2,000m from Yen Tu to Yen Lap. Mo Stream flows windingly through different heights, forming 3 beautiful waterfalls at each terrain point, namely Hoa Sen Waterfall, Doi Waterfall and Mo Waterfall.

This tourist area also has a large swimming pool, up to 1,000m2 in area, taking advantage of natural spring water. There is also a separate camping area and a full dining area. The interesting activities at Mo Waterfall will help visitors relieve all the stress and fatigue of daily life.

Yen Trung Lake

Yen Trung Lake, located in Phuong Dong Ward, Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh Province, is considered a “miniature Da Lat”. The lake is nestled in a valley, surrounded by hills and green old pine forests. There are many floating islands in the lake, creating a rare, dreamy and poetic scene.

Yen Trung is the largest artificial freshwater lake in Quang Ninh province, with a total area of ​​100 hectares, which is a place to store water for agricultural production. Khe Van Waterfall

Originating from Khe Van mountain range, Khe Van waterfall is located in Huc Dong commune, Binh Lieu district, Quang Ninh. Located at an altitude of more than 1,000m above sea level, Khe Van waterfall is about 100m high, with 3 levels of water pouring down from above. Each level of the waterfall has a different majestic beauty.

Each season, Khe Van waterfall will have its own unique beauty. Especially in the rainy season, the amount of water pouring into this waterfall is more intense, creating small lakes right at the foot of the waterfall.

Milestone 1305 and the dinosaur spine

Located on the border patrol road of Binh Lieu district, the dinosaur spine is the name given to the mountain ridge leading up to landmark 1305 in Quang Ninh province. Landmark 1305 is also one of the two border markers located at the highest position in Quang Ninh province. To get there, visitors need to cross a steep mountain ridge, and if the weather is bad, the road is quite dangerous.
