Nearly 60 years old, wife still asks for divorce because of blind jealousy

VOV.VN - My wife and I have been living apart for more than ten years because of business , but after returning home for a few months, because of gossip, my wife thought I was having an affair and unilaterally filed for divorce.

Before, my family had economic difficulties, my wife had worked abroad for many years. When she returned home, my wife was 50 years old, and I was nearly 60 years old.

I thought that when my wife returned home and saw that our children were all grown up, had jobs, and had their own families, she would be happy and that my husband and I would have happy years together. But since my wife returned home, all sorts of things happened.

Many people joke that when my wife works away from home for many years, she must carefully investigate whether I have a "second wife" when she comes back.

To them it might be just a joke, but to my wife it was different, it made her more suspicious and wary of her husband.

I don't understand why, but my wife's family rumored that I had an affair when she was not at home. All of that made our married life chaotic, we argued all day long.

My wife even filed for divorce without my knowledge. At an age where I have grandchildren, I feel ashamed to let this happen.
