Specifically, raw IR 504 Summer-Autumn rice increased by 50 VND to 10,300-10,500 VND/kg; Finished IR 504 rice stabilized at 12,300-12,500 VND/kg.

Regarding by-products, the prices of various by-products fluctuate between 6,050 - 9,400 VND/kg. Currently, the price of OM 5451 broken rice is stable at 9,200 - 9,400 VND/kg; the price of dry bran alone decreased by 50 VND/kg to 6,000 - 6,100 VND/kg.

In localities today, supply is low, prices are relatively stable, warehouse purchases are slow, prices of fragrant rice and other types of rice are stable.

In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), the quantity is coming in slowly, the price is relatively stable. The rice lots arriving are weak, the warehouses buy little, the demand is quite slow. In An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang ), the supply is low, the price is increasing.

At retail markets, rice prices continue to move sideways while the price of regular rice fluctuates around 15,000 - 16,000 VND/kg. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of 28,000 VND/kg. Fragrant rice is 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Jasmine rice is 17,000 - 18,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice is 21,500 VND/kg; long-grain fragrant rice is 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; Huong Lai rice is 22,000 VND/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice is 21,000 VND/kg; Soc regular rice is 18,500 VND/kg; Soc Thai rice is 21,000 VND/kg; Japanese rice is 22,500 VND/kg.

Regarding rice, today the price is stable. Specifically, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of An Giang province, IR 50404 rice is priced at 7,400 - 7,500 VND/kg; OM 380 rice fluctuates at 6,800 - 7,000 VND/kg; OM 18 rice is priced at 8,400 - 8,600 VND/kg; Nang Hoa 9 is priced at 8,400 - 8,600 VND/kg; Japanese rice is priced at 7,800 - 8,000 VND/kg.

In many localities today, rice harvests are scattered, demand for rice varieties is relatively good, because there is not much unstaken rice left; and the price of fragrant rice remains high.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices today have not been adjusted compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 100% broken rice is at 423 USD/ton; 5% standard rice is at 518 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 488 USD/ton.
