Hanoi hands over 2.4 hectares of land in Dong Say area to Dan Phuong district for auction

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee assigned more than 2.4 hectares of land to Dan Phuong district to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Dong Say area.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed Decision No. 6527 on handing over nearly 24,160m2 (more than 2.4ha) of land that has been cleared in Dan Phuong commune, Dan Phuong district to Dan Phuong district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Dong Say area, phases 4, 5, 6.

According to the decision, the location, boundary, and area of ​​the land to implement the project are determined in the Adjusted Planning Map of the total site plan at a scale of 1/500 of the project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Dong Say area, phase 4, 5, 6, Dan Phuong commune, Dan Phuong district, established by Thanh An Consulting, Design, Survey and Trading Joint Stock Company, approved by Dan Phuong District People's Committee with Document No. 2124 dated November 23, 2022.

In the total area of ​​more than 2.4 hectares of land, including land for low-rise housing construction (auction land) nearly 0.59 hectares; social housing land 0.15 hectares; traffic land nearly 1.5 hectares;... the rest is green land, parking lot land, power station and waste transfer point.

The City People's Committee assigned the Dan Phuong District People's Committee to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the field. The Dan Phuong District People's Committee organizes implementation according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning and synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure.

In addition, this locality is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan drawing to ensure that there is no interlaced land area, and that land is used economically and effectively; preparing a plan for auctioning land use rights to submit to competent authorities for approval and organizing auctions of land use rights in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by the 2024 Land Law, the 2016 Law on Property Auction and current regulations.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for determining the boundary and handing over the land on the field to the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district. The Hanoi Land Registration Office updates the land use rights registration, performs the procedures for registering changes, and adjusts land changes into the cadastral records according to regulations.

Recently, the Hanoi People's Committee also decided to hand over 19,727.5 square meters (nearly 2 hectares) of land in Ha Hoi commune, Thuong Tin district to the Thuong Tin district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area.
