Two vice chairmen of Quang Ngai province are team leaders to remove difficulties at the grassroots level.

Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has just established two working groups headed by two vice chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, to directly support and guide localities in removing difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing two-level local government.

On the morning of September 22, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province announced that Chairman of the People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang had assigned tasks to Ms. Y Ngoc, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the province, and Mr. Tran Phuoc Hien, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the province, to be the team leaders to resolve difficulties and problems of local authorities at two levels.

Accordingly, Ms. Y Ngoc is the head of Working Group No. 1; Mr. Tran Phuoc Hien is the head of Working Group No. 2.

Each working group has 16 members who are leaders of relevant departments, branches and units such as Home Affairs, Construction, Industry and Trade, Finance, Culture - Sports and Tourism, Natural Resources - Environment, Education , Health, Justice...

The Department of Home Affairs is assigned as the standing agency, responsible for advising the team leader in assigning tasks, coordinating the development of inspection plans and contents, and guiding implementation.

The two working groups will work directly with localities to grasp the situation and promptly remove difficulties in implementing the two-level local government model, a new management model that requires close coordination and clear responsibilities between the provincial and communal levels.

At the same time, the province's administrative reform activities also recorded many positive results.

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee Office, in August 2025, 16 departments, branches and branches of the Land Registration Office at the Public Administration Center received 18,994 records. Of which, the number of new records was 13,956, and the number of records transferred from the previous period was 5,038. The agencies have processed 13,855 records, and 5,037 records are being processed.

The departments and branches alone received nearly 11,850 applications and processed more than 9,800 of them. The rate of returning results on time and before the deadline reached 98.9% (9,711 applications), with only 112 applications being late, accounting for 1.1%.

Notably, more than 4,800 organizations and individuals participated in assessing the level of satisfaction on the administrative procedure settlement information system of the province. The results showed that 100% of the assessments were "satisfied" and "very satisfied", with no negative feedback.

The establishment of two working groups and positive administrative reform results show Quang Ngai province's determination to improve the effectiveness of state management and the quality of service to people and businesses.

This is also an important preparatory step for the two-level local government model to operate stably and sustainably.
