After that, Hai brought "American weed" to his rented room, divided it into many small packages and rolled them into cigarettes. Then, when he learned that a group of bad students often gathered to smoke in front of the school gate near his house, Hai enticed and enticed many students to use drugs. Being enticed, a student named Hoang repeatedly smoked cigarettes containing drugs given by Hai. When he saw that Hoang was dependent on drugs, Hai asked him to sell drugs for him and enticed other students to use them. While delivering drugs to Hoang to sell, Hai was arrested by the police.
