Ms. Lieu lives alone, is poor, and is in poor health, so she is no longer able to work. Her life depends mainly on monthly social benefits and support from relatives. The level 4 house where she lives is seriously degraded.
Faced with that situation, the Red Cross of Da Nang city mobilized the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam - Nam Da Nang Branch to support 60 million VND for repairs.
The house started construction on July 12, 2025 and was completed on August 20, 2025. On this occasion, the Red Cross Society of the city and the locality presented some practical gifts to Ms. Lieu.
