More than 40 chefs participate in the 'Danang Chef Talent Competition 2023'

DNO - On December 19, the " Danang Chef Talent Competition 2023" and the event Introducing products supplying the Danang hotel industry - Danang Hotels Solutions 2023 took place at Furama International Convention Palace, Danang with the participation of 40 professional and talented chefs from hotels, supermarkets and restaurants in the city.

This event is jointly organized by the City Labor Federation, Danang Hotel Association, USA Poultry and Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), Danang Culinary Culture Association and Furama Resort Danang.

40 chefs from 20 teams will compete to cook dishes with the theme “Da Nang cuisine integrates with the world”. The dishes will be judged to comply with international standards, with a creative combination of imported chicken from the US and local spices…

Chairman of the Danang Hotel Association Nguyen Duc Quynh shared that the Danang Talent Chef Competition and the Danang Hotel Solution Exhibition of hotel industry products are annual events, held for the second time in Danang.

This year's event received the attention of many participating partners, sponsors, hotels and resorts, thereby showing a strong recovery and a bright future for Da Nang's tourism industry.
