One of the important factors contributing to the success of the tournament is the support and active participation from the host locality - Thieu Hoa district. With the advantage of being a district bordering Thanh Hoa city, along with good conditions in terms of facilities, gymnasiums as well as a strongly developed cultural and sports movement, Mr. Hoang Trong Cuong - Permanent Vice Chairman of Thieu Hoa District People's Committee said that the locality is making every effort to have the best preparation for the tournament.

Thieu Phu Commune Stadium was chosen as the venue for the group stage matches of the U10 age group.
To organize this tournament, the People's Committee of Thieu Hoa district has reviewed and prepared for the organization very early. The People's Committee of the district has submitted to the District People's Council permission to repair the gymnasium at the Center for Culture, Sports and Tourism (CST), ensuring the organization of this tournament. "At the same time, we also repaired the fields in the surrounding area. As planned, this tournament will be held in two places, the Gymnasium of the District CST and the Stadium of Thieu Phu commune. Up to now, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has checked the necessary requirements for the organization", the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thieu Hoa district informed.
Regarding support for participating delegations, the host unit has promptly reviewed and established a list of motels, hotels, and restaurants to send to the delegations participating in the tournament.
“Determining that this tournament will attract a large number of spectators and athletes, we also pay great attention to accommodation for athletes and fans from all over the province to Thieu Hoa. In the list, we have asked the establishments to quote specific prices for rental services and accommodation to inform the delegations,” said Mr. Hoang Trong Cuong.
From today, the Organizing Committee has begun to measure and prepare for hanging banners and flags for propaganda work.
In addition, the District People's Committee has directed the Police Department, the Department of Culture and Information, and related units to do their best, prepare security and order plans, traffic and logistics plans to ensure the tournament is organized safely, economically and effectively. In particular, the district also called on local businesses to sponsor and accompany the Organizing Committee to make the tournament successful and increasingly increase its appeal and spread.

The 2nd Thanh Hoa Newspaper Cup Children's Football Tournament - 2023 will take place from July 1 to July 9 in Thieu Hoa district. In the first time of organization, the tournament was very successful with the participation of nearly 500 athletes from 27 teams in two age groups U8 and U10.
