Hyunjin C&T, distributor of Désembre, recalled 1 product

The Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) has just issued a decision to suspend circulation and recall nationwide the product Désembre derma science high frequency cream professional of Hyunjin C&T International Co., Ltd.

Specifically, the product Désembre derma science high frequency cream professional has the registration number: 211274/23/CBMP-QLD issued on September 2, 2023.

The product is brought to market by Hyunjin C&T International Co., Ltd. (current address: House D5, Pandora Urban Area, 53 Trieu Khuc, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City).

The reason for the recall was determined to be that the product in circulation had a formula that did not match the published records and the label's uses did not match the original registration records.

According to research, Désembre is a cosmetic brand that advertises as a specialized cosmetic medicine in spas and beauty salons, including many products related to skin care, skin rejuvenation, skin treatment, etc.

The Drug Administration Department requests the competent authorities to notify the establishments trading and using cosmetics in the area to immediately stop trading and using the violating products and return them to the suppliers. At the same time, recall the products, inspect and supervise the implementation and strictly handle violations.

Hyunjin C&T International Co., Ltd. must urgently notify the distribution points of the recall, receive all returned products, conduct recall and destruction according to regulations, and send a recall result report to the Department of Drug Administration before July 10, 2025.

The Hanoi Department of Health is assigned to monitor the entire recall process of the company and report the results to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before July 15, 2025.

In addition to product recall, the Drug Administration also decided to revoke the product declaration receipt number for the above cosmetic product.

At the same time, temporarily stop receiving new product declaration dossiers of Hyunjin C&T International Co., Ltd. within 6 months from the date of issuance of the document.

Notably, all applications for cosmetic product declaration receipt numbers submitted by this company before the date of issuance of the document are also no longer valid.

After the suspension period ends, if the company wants to continue declaring cosmetic products, it must re-apply the documents according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health .

According to regulations, putting cosmetics with formulas or uses that deviate from the published records on the market is a serious violation that can affect the health of consumers. Management agencies emphasize that they will handle the matter strictly to ensure community safety.
