These days, at the Ha Long branch of the Public Administration Service Center, the entire apparatus is running at full capacity to serve the needs of the people and businesses. The center maintains high working efficiency, ensuring that the quality of public services is not interrupted. From the direct leaders to the staff, everyone clearly demonstrates a sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Center, said: The whole province is restructuring the apparatus, but this does not affect the work. We always put the interests of the people and businesses first, making efforts to resolve administrative procedures quickly and effectively. The Center arranges for civil servants of departments, offices, and units of the city to be on duty and receive administrative procedures of citizens. Every day, the Center receives 500-600 people, but the rate of timely resolution is always over 99%.

Many people who came to resolve administrative procedures at the Center expressed their satisfaction with the dedicated and thoughtful service attitude of the staff here. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (Ha Lam ward) came to the Center to resolve business licensing procedures and said: "I am very satisfied with the working attitude of the staff here. They guided me very enthusiastically and thoughtfully, answering all my questions clearly and easily. The procedures were resolved quickly, without causing trouble for the people."

Supervision of compliance with discipline and administrative order is also carried out regularly at the Public Administration Service Center, Ha Long branch.

Hong Hai is the central ward of Ha Long City. Each officer and employee of the ward always focuses on performing their professional tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the agency, absolutely not neglecting or delaying work, especially not affecting the quality of service to the people while waiting for the administrative unit merger.

Ms. Luu Thi Chau, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Hong Hai Ward, affirmed: The Party Committee, the government and all the officers and civil servants of the ward are focusing on implementing political tasks, closely following the province's action program and the city's plan on socio -economic development. The ward fully disseminates the documents and policies of the Party and the State so that the officers and civil servants can grasp them, thereby continuing to focus on completing assigned tasks well, avoiding delays, negligence and omissions in work.

The first quarter of 2025 tasks have been focused on leadership and direction, ensuring effectiveness. Many goals and targets have been achieved and exceeded the set plan. The ward is focusing highly on the second quarter tasks of budget collection, urban order, environmental sanitation, urban landscape improvement and administrative procedure settlement for the people.

In particular, the province directs sectors and localities to pay attention to propaganda work so that cadres, party members and people trust and support, helping the process of reorganizing and streamlining the apparatus to take place smoothly, avoiding confusion and affecting work efficiency. The province links the streamlining of the apparatus with the restructuring of the staff, ensuring the selection of qualified and capable personnel to meet the work requirements in the new development stage.

With a systematic and scientific approach, unity in perception and action, along with strong political determination, the participation of the entire political system, directly the team of civil servants, will be the key factor for Quang Ninh to successfully carry out the revolution of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus, while realizing the target of GRDP growth of 14% in 2025.
