Disciplined many education management officials

Of the 18 officials who violated and were disciplined, Quang Binh authorities decided to dismiss 2 cases, warn 5 cases and reprimand 11 cases.

The two cases that were disciplined and forced to quit their jobs were Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngan (Principal of Duc Ninh Dong Kindergarten) and Ms. Dang Thi Lan Hao (Vice Principal of Thuan Duc Kindergarten, both in Dong Hoi City), due to using illegal degrees to be recruited as civil servants.

The cases of disciplinary warnings are also concentrated in the education sector. Among them, Mr. Phan Anh Tuan, Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School (Le Thuy District), was warned due to limited performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, low self-criticism and criticism, lack of self-cultivation, training of ethics and lifestyle leading to violations of the law. Previously, Mr. Tuan was administratively fined 6.5 million VND by Le Thuy District Police for intentionally causing injury.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Phuong, Principal of Quang Thach Primary School (Quang Trach District), was warned for violating the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the assessment and classification of civil servant quality in the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years in violation of regulations, allowing the Party cell to vote to evaluate and propose the classification of Party members in 2021 that is not in accordance with the standard framework of quality levels according to regulations.

Ms. Duong Thi Thanh Tam, Vice Principal of Quang Thach Primary School, was warned for advising and organizing to collect opinions from the school's union members to request the transfer of civil servants in violation of the regulations on transfer, assignment, and acceptance of civil servants and management staff at schools under the management of the District People's Committee. At the same time, her statements contained content that was not in accordance with population and family planning policies and used some non-standard words.

As for Ms. Truong Thi Dao, Vice Principal of Trung Hoa Kindergarten No. 1 (Minh Hoa District), she was disciplined with a warning for participating in social networks, using vulgar and substandard words, and posting obscene content on social networking groups.

According to the Quang Binh Provincial Inspectorate, in 2023, the entire Quang Binh province discovered violations of over VND 22.3 billion, proposed to recover nearly VND 14.5 billion, imposed administrative fines of VND 3.1 billion, confiscated over VND 548 million of violated assets, and made other recommendations of nearly VND 4.1 billion. The Provincial Inspectorate also recommended administrative sanctions against 69 organizations and 405 individuals, and transferred 10 cases with signs of violations to the investigation agency.
